SHIPPING POLICY
Your order should ship within 2 business days of the order date. You should receive tracking information once your order is packed. In the event that your order is delayed, we will let you know by email and sometimes by a personal call. Orders in the continental US should arrive within 5 days. International orders could take up to 2 weeks, depending on the destination country and selected shipping method. Buyer is responsible for any and all tariffs and taxes that may be assessed by the receiving country.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Court Grabbers have been developed to provide many months of superior traction. While our equipment has been developed to be extremely durable, there can be times that a component may fail.
In the event this should happen, please send us a picture either by e-mail or to the Court Grabber phone number on this site, 717-654-1756, and we will do our best to address your situation.
Court Grabbers Base Strips have a warranty of 1year against failure.
Court Grabbers Traction Pads have a warranty of 4 months against failure.
*Traction pads should always be cleaned every two to three uses to get the longest possible usage.
Traction gel is non returnable.
